A Zermatt, des vents d\u00e9passant 145 km\/h sont suivis d\u2019importantes chutes de neige et de coul\u00e9es de boue qui obstruent la route menant \u00e0 Vi\u00e8ge. Pendant plusieurs jours, 13\u2019000 touristes seront bloqu\u00e9s dans la station avant qu\u2019un pont a\u00e9rien ne soit mis en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans Zermatt-coup\u00e9e-du-monde, 22 architectes r\u00e9unis pour une sortie de \u00ab&nbsp;teambuilding&nbsp;\u00bb se retrouvent dans l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de regagner Gen\u00e8ve. Ils logent dans une ancienne pension, r\u00e9cemment acquise par une connaissance de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"845\" src=\"https:\/\/carinazermatt.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/carina_news-copie-1170x966-1-1024x845.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1388\" srcset=\"https:\/\/carinazermatt.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/carina_news-copie-1170x966-1-1024x845.png 1024w, https:\/\/carinazermatt.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/carina_news-copie-1170x966-1-300x248.png 300w, https:\/\/carinazermatt.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/carina_news-copie-1170x966-1-768x634.png 768w, https:\/\/carinazermatt.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/carina_news-copie-1170x966-1.png 1170w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que r\u00e9sident genevois, le nouveau propri\u00e9taire est zermattois de c\u0153ur. Comme son ins\u00e9parable bande de copains, avec lesquels il vient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement d\u00e9valer les pentes du Matterhorn depuis plus de 30 ans. Une passion qui a pour origine les camps de ski organis\u00e9s pour les \u00e9tudiants par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Gen\u00e8ve. La passion perdure et, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de raison, ils acqui\u00e8rent \u00e0 trois un chalet dans la station haut-valaisanne. Le chalet devient rapidement le QG de toute la bande\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ni une ni deux, toujours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de raison (!), nos amis sautent sur l\u2019occasion que repr\u00e9sente la vente de l\u2019ancienne pension de la famille Biner, qui jouxte leur chalet. Ce sera l\u2019annexe qui pourra recevoir les amis \u2013 et d\u2019autres visiteurs qui seront accueillis, eux aussi, \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e0 la bonne franquette&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019\u00e9tait sans compter l\u2019infortune de notre bureau d\u2019architecte,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmaa.ch\/fr\">GMAA<\/a>, de son petit nom, une certaine renomm\u00e9e \u00e0 son actif (concepteurs de l\u2019oasis urbaine Les Bains Bleus, de la Fondation Carmignac d\u2019art contemporain, et laur\u00e9at 2016 du Prix Architizer) qui, plut\u00f4t que de se tourner les pouces, se mit collectivement au travail\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lifting sommaire qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 envisag\u00e9 initialement devint une r\u00e9novation en profondeur, men\u00e9e tambour battant une fois les propri\u00e9taires convaincus. Il faut dire que ceux-ci se prirent au jeu\u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clart\u00e9, min\u00e9ralit\u00e9, simplicit\u00e9&nbsp;: dans sa nouvelle forme le lieu devait tutoyer la nature et la montagne.
