How do I get to Zermatt by car?

Zermatt is car-free. If you arrive by car, you can park in Täsch – the last village before Zermatt. Several car parks are available, including the Matterhorn Terminal Täsch with direct train access and EV charging stations.

Trains of the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway run every 20 minutes and take about 12 minutes to reach Zermatt.

Can I park in Zermatt?

No. Private vehicles are not allowed in Zermatt, and there are no public parking areas.

How do I reach the Carina from the train station?

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Zermatt station. If you have luggage or prefer a comfortable arrival, electric taxis are available right in front of the station.

Is there a luggage service?

We currently do not offer a luggage service. However, a local electric taxi service is available in front of the train station.

When can I check in and out?

Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is until 9:00 a.m. Late check-out is possible upon request and at an additional cost.

Are baby cots available?

Baby cots are available depending on the room category upon request.

Are all rooms and apartments accessible by lift?

Most rooms are accessible by lift. Multi-level apartments feature interior stairs and no lift.

What are the restaurant opening hours?

Sunday to Thursday: 6:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 6:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Hot meals are served until 9:30 p.m.

Is lunch available?

No, the restaurant is open for dinner only.

How can I book a room or apartment?

You can book directly through our website, by email, or by phone. Bookings are also possible via platforms such as Booking.com. Direct bookings always offer the best available rate.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, breakfast is included in all room and apartment rates.

How can I change or cancel my booking?

Changes or cancellations must be confirmed in writing – by email or via the platform on which the reservation was made.

The hotel is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control.

How is liability handled?

The hotel is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
